Introducing VHLCS

Hello All,

 

As you might have noticed over the past couple of seasons we can bring lots of people into the league but many of them leave shortly after joining. To combat this bleeding of new members we have partnered with the Recruitment Team to found a new organization. That organization is called the VHLCS. The VHLCS is dedicated to engaging new members and to get them more invested in the league by communicating with them directly and to provide useful draft information for General Managers. To create a bit of healthy competition VSN has also created a small subsection to assist with this retention push. 

 

Time to meet the members of the VHLCS!

 

@BigTittySmitty: Will be writing a weekly article called " A Sit with Tit" his explanation of his new show is "Typically, the show will be a piece where I have goals of conversing with about 3-4 prospects who are playing in the VHLM right now it is just a matter if and when their agents will get back to us about getting on the show."

 

@fonziGG: His weekly article will be called "Fonzi's Corner" He will be focusing on looking into the background and player stat's of each of the first gens on the various VHLM teams. 

 

@rjfryman: Long time member of the Recruitment Team will be creating various tools that the writers can use to write about our fresh faces in the league. The current mission is to create a player comparison tool that looks at previous VHLM players and how similar they are historical players. Example: Brock Louth plays like Adam Warlock because of ____ (I wish) As well as maintaining the Draft Rankings boards found here.

 

@Dil Is more focused on the recruitment aspect of the Recruitment Team but will be putting out a couple of mock drafts seasonally. 

 

Our main goal is to engage new members and one of the best ways to do this is by talking with them. The more content about new members the better we believe our retention will become.
