Overall the graphic is solid, there's not too much to complain about I quite like the graphic you have created. Lastly, great touch/detail of having all the VHLM teams appearing within the boundaries of the name, I think from afar it is still able to add a good touch to the graphic, but to the individual who pays attention to the details it is a delightful treat.
