We have had many fantastic players receive this award and it is time we see another join the club. The winner of this award is truly prolific from an offensive perspective and also an elite defender.

Wait what

Mann was robbed.  People overrate hits sometimes so much.  They ignore penalties and such.

Mann with his near 40 goals and far more SB...still had the hits and point totals around the same.

He wasn't even on the ballot as a finalist?  Like what?

Attribute: Krull -- Mann

Goals: 22 -- 39

Assists: 86 -- 67

Points: 108 -- 106

Hits: 255 -- 184

PIM: 144 -- 74

SB: 87 -- 126

I got you @Mike

Top Goaltender award "Benoit Devereux Trophy"

Each season there are a handful of young goaltenders who rise to the top of the VHLM, showing inner fortitude and a cool hand that carries their team towards victory. We have amazing players and nominees this season and this time it was really tough as only one vote determined who will be named Top Goaltender of VHLM in S72!

The runner-up for Beoit Devereux Trophy is Minnesota's amazing netminder, a player that has started to walk on a path of greatness and will hopefully keep that up in VHL - Woody McPine of Minnesota Storm!

And the winner of Top Goaltender award in S72 goes to Philadelphia's stone wall, a player who excelled at the game and was able to show his amazing skill every game. His standout performance is now locked in history with this award. Congratulations John Poremba of Philadelphia Reapers!

Top Two-Way Forward award "Matt Bentz Trophy"

This award is dedicated to the forwards in our league who embody the defensive and physical sides of the game in addition to distinct offensive prowess. With every hit, every shot blocked, every goal scored, and every assist given, these players are the all-around best at just about everything. This season it was not as easy as many might think as there were two really strong choices for this award and both received substantial amount of support but in the end we do have a player who is going to take it home.

The runner up for Matt Bentz Trophy is the offensive juggernaut who has the ability to be there for his team on the defensive end - Adam Syreck of Philadelphia Reapers!

And winning the award for top two-way forward, we have a player who has been magnificent in his ability to balance both offensive and defensive prowess - Timothy Brown of Saskatoon Wild!
Congratulations @a_Ferk

Playoff MVP Award "Skylar Rift Trophy"

Each postseason a few players truly rise to the occasion and carry their team on the path of victory. We usually see quite a few nominees and close runs for the award but this time we have a clear winner with no real competition in terms of votes. He embodies courage and ability to be there for his team when they need him the most!

Runner-up for Skylar Rift Trophy is a forward who was a strong force all season long for his Mexico City squad - Jeffrey Pines!

And now S72 Playoff MVP award goes to none else than the brilliant player of Saskatoon Wild - Kazimir Komarov!
Congratulations  @Gooningitup!

Regular Season MVP Award "Mitch Higgins Trophy"

The Mitch Higgins Trophy is given to the most valuable player during the regular season. It is an award that emphasizes leadership ability and unparalleled skill, the likes of which is only found in a select few players. As with most seasons, it was tough to determine who most deserved the title of Most Valuable Player. We are looking at many players that are showing their best every single game and their hard work will be remembered as true statement for what they are!

Runner up for Mitch Higgins Trophy is Saskatoon's amazing Lucas Brandt!

Ladies and gentlemen, the winner of the Mitch Higgins Trophy for the most valuable player of S72 is going to Philadelphia's star forward who is waiting for his first game in VHL, none else than Adam Syreck!
Congratulations @Spade18

Top Executive award "Jack Reilly Trophy"

Each season we like to focus on the players; their achievements, their failures, and the storylines surrounding them. But let us not forget those managers and coaches who allow our players to best showcase their abilities. The Jack Reilly Trophy exists to honour the work that our VHLM GM’s put in week in and week out to make our league what it is today.

Runner up for this prestigious award is the mastermind behind the success in Minnesota, GM Rayz Funk!

And the winner of the Jack Reilly Trophy for the top executive of S72 goes to the GM that just recently was promoted and is going to lead London United into their first season! Congratulations to Mr. Roger McWolf III!

Congratulations @McWolf!

:ssk:

And there we go, thanks for being a part of our S72 VHLM Awards ceremony, I wish you all the best and good luck next season! Prove that these awards are just the beginning of an amazing career for you! Also, we would like to say thanks to both of our amazing commissioners here for VHLM - @Sonnet and @diamond_ace - you are doing an amazing job!

Good luck everyone! VSN out!
