Vegas Standing Strong

 

The Las Vegas Aces have been one of the stories of the season for the VHLM as we move past the mid point of S73. The team currently sits in 4th place in the league, holding a 27-8-4 record. Providing them with 58 points, which is good enough to tie the San Diego Marlins, but the team's superior goal differential is good enough to put them higher. Perhaps the most important reason that Vegas has seen the level of success that they have this season has been their ability to acquire high level free agent talent to supplement their roster. They've been able to enhance the roster far beyond what they had to work with at the start of the season, which has meant that they've been able to see the kind of improvement week after week that's put them into the top spots in the league. The Aces entered the season as a team that not many people would have expected much of, but they could well go on to be a real threat by the time the playoffs come around. If their young core continues to develop in the way that they have so far, then it's going to be a very fun second half of the season in Vegas.

Great job very well written if you were trying to extend it for your PT I would talk about the free agent signings and tell their stats so people who don’t know could see how important they really are
