Review:

Render looks pretty clean, I like the little blur effects on the bottom and on the back of the render. Colors mesh well with eachother, from the background to the render to the effects. Font/text is very clear to read and blends in well with the colors although a bit simplistic, could of went for something more eyecatching, but the whole thing has a laid back cold feeling I dig it.

Review:

I really like this design. Your render for the most part is sharp and well placed. I like the background though it is simple, it fits this design very well. Text could be slide over to the left a tad for balance but it really is impressive to look at. Sometimes less is more. Great job.
