Recommended Posts

On August 28th Terry Bollea issued a lawsuit on VHL star "Hulk Hogan" for gimmick infringement, a serious crime. Mr. Boella is sueing for 115 million dollars against Hogan under the claim he is using his name for monetary gain as well as slander. Hulk Hogan has done and said numerous things on and off the ice negatively affecting Bollea. Some of these include numerous 10 minute penalties such as intent to injure and being too agressive. Hogan also has been one to say whats on his mind, no matter what it is.

Hulk Hogan is going to be represented by "Professional Hogan" who is taking on his first real court case.

Terry Boella is going to be represented by Charles Harder, who has previously been with Boella in... another situation.

Trial is set to be sometime within the upcoming months and could change the direction of Hulk Hogans future in the VHL.
