"Nobody ever said it was going to be easy," The Terrible Trivium said following yet another loss for the London United. "We, as a team, have been honest with ourselves and our expectations. We're a ridiculously young team up and down the lineup. Our goalie of the future isn't even on the team yet. But we're trying to grow and develop chemistry, which is no easy task when half the team is new."

Trivium, the second year right wing who led the United with 34 goals last season, is actually understating the turnover in the London ranks. Nine of the 13 players currently on the London roster are new to the squad. Joining Trivium as "veterans" on the team are James Rose, Jay Jones, and United Kingdom native Ballentine Kidd.

So far this season, Trivium has notched 3 goals and 9 points in as many games, which is tied for the team lead with rookie Keith Krestanovich. The United have only 1 win in those 9 games, but Trivium isn't letting that bother him.

"Give it some time for us to catch up, for guys to get used to each other and learn to trust each other. We've got a nation to represent in an ultra-competitive league, and we're not going to let our fans down."
