After a lengthy career down in the VHLM, Ziarie Anigbogu has finally moved into the next phase of his career. Despite being a largely unknown, 4th round prospect, Anigbogu has managed to play in all 29 games for the Toronto Legion. Toronto is far from being one of the league's premier teams at 12-14-3, but Anigbogu's poor play still sticks out in a bad way while watching the team. The rookie has yet to score in his 29 games. Of course that isn't his primary role as a defense man, but it is still a concerning stat considering the rest of the team's lineup has at least chipped in a couple of goals. He of course still has so much time to improve and change his reputation, but for now it is apparent that he is struggling with the new speed and physicality he faces in the pros. 29 games isn't enough to judge a player for his career, but there are clear signs right now that show Anigbogu isn't ready for the professional spotlight.
