My understanding from what I have read so far is: We are players and we earn training points (TPE) for completing task every week from two different sources Capped TPE and Uncapped TPE but if I am correct they are both maxed at 12 TPE but both can be carried into the next week. Uncapped are 500 Media report on VHL or VMHL, Media (art) and podcast Or welfare/pension Capped are Press conferences and league tasks We also have Career Points; which are earned after select events in your players career take place.
