Toronto has manged to turn their season around, their 7-2-1 in their last 10 and are now in a playoff spot. The lines are finally clicking in Toronto and the team is on 6 game win streak. This all started when backup goalie Bob Bot took the net and won both his first 2 games, this must have pissed off Jaxx Hextall as he would win his next two games while only allowing one goal to not let Bot outdo him. Bot not to be outdone himself won the Legions next two games. Bot has four wins and zero looses while having a .933 save percentage and 2.20 goals against. Hextall has picked up his play and is now 14-14-3 with a .911 save percentage and 2.97 goals against average and got his first shutout of the season. It will be interesting to see what Toronto does from here, backups must play at least eight games and Bot has already won half of them, if he keeps winning does Toronto perhaps got to a 1A 1B situation, playing both roughly the same amount of games? Or least roughly even from here since Hextall has already played 31 games. It's doubtful, Hextall has proved himself the last two season and it's unlikely he will let the backup out play him. In other news Toronto acquired Oh Sens from the Titans to bolster their forward line, while defenseman is what Toronto really needs, if they can keep the puck in the other zone that works just as well.
