I am just starting out with graphics work too, seeing what these guys can do on the forum is crazy to me. Some people are really talented at this. Minor constructive tips for you would just to try and make sure everything is level... for example your Easton Sterling text is slightly higher than the Scott Sterling text... I think it would be more visually appealing to have them even and levelled out. And also for Mike Sterling at the bottom it seems slightly off-kilter to the left a touch.
