Green Gaming-C Prospect Scouting Report

Recommended Posts

As Green Gaming has now wrapped up his first 10 games with Miami, With a listing of #25 on the new prospect rankings lets take a deeper dive on his status.

With 12 games in total GG has 0 G, 1A for 1 Point he also has a +/- of -1. With a game misconduct the other day for headbutting he racked up 15 PIM and has made 5 body checks. When it comes to the shooting/passing game GG can excel with 4 shots in 12 Games played he has an avg of 12 Minutes of ice time per game.

This has been a very underwhelming start for the prospect and for sure he is being overrated but if he can gain ground soon I can see him on the second or even first forward line. In terms of lockeroom status he has been seen with the team and just hanging with them so GG will be sticking around Miami for awhile.

But there is now speculation going around that Green Gaming will be moved to the second line before the conclusion of his rookie season. This is confusing many of the Miami advisors as he is not putting up a lot of offensive performance. The Miami C has some extra strengths at least like his skating witch in a press release he told he has been working on and even has worn out a pair of skates from all of this skating! His shot power has also been better just 1 week ago he got a shot measured at 70MPH and that stunned all of the players there but the real problem is will he be able to get this off in a game? But GG also holds a couple of cons on him that we will go over now. His balance has been displayed as not the best as he gets knocked over with each hit and twice already he has been taken off the ice while limping and has missed a game due to a sprained ankle. Also GG lacks the skill to lay body checks as 5 hits in 12 games is not the best. This also could be accounting for the lack of offense because without being able to lay a nice hit you will be knocked over each game and you will never get your chances in the offensive zone to light the lamp.

That's all for this prospect scouting report folks, Until next time.
