Review: 

This is a good signature, the colors are well balanced and the layers are well done. The blues and whites contrast each other making a clear understanding of the team and player. The duel layer of the players headshot and the full player are superior touches to the signature. The logo in the background is well placed with the illusion of wings on the player. An added outline to the player name would make it more legible but that is the only thing that could be alter to make this an even better graphic.
