Im new here, so Im still learning about the league, and how its run and set up. But after looking around and digging a bit, it seems some of the lower teams in the VHLM, also happen to have incredibly small rosters, while other teams in the VHLM, have almost twice the players. Now i get it wouldn't be easy to decide, and its supposed to be offer based, but when there are roster gaps like this, i think the league should automatically work to try and balance the rosters or at least help the teams that have less than 10 players, and maybe give them players from teams that have larger rosters.

 

Doing this would accomplish two things:

 

• make it more fun for the guys on the small teams
• Create better competition

No one gets satisfaction from winning if one of the main reasons their winning is because the teams their playing have half the roster, people like to win competitively, and balancing rosters could help complete that,
