Minnesota Acquires:

Barry Bonds Jr.

 

Miami Acquires:

Logain Ablar

 

This trade, to me, seems like not a blockbuster trade, but not a draft pick trade either.

Barry had a better career in Miami than in Minnesota with nine games and 14 points with 7 goals and 7 assists. A pretty fine season.

Logain had 76. FUCKING. POINTS. IN 63 GAMES. Wow. That is a lot. BUT! That was in Minnesota. Before this trade. And he didn't do well in Minnesota so...

Holy cow. Now that is a trade. The captain of the Lynx, Ben Aky got traded?

Huh?

Ok, I understand that Ottawa is going through its rebuilding phase but

Why trade a captain? I know that you can get some valued pieces but why not an assistant captain? You can get a 1st rounder, just take away the 2nd.

It's ok, just hope the draft can produce some core players for the Lynx. Hopefully a captain.

I know I've been dumping on this trade but in reality, this is really interesting in letting the future decide.

This is a pretty insane trade, Ottawa trading away an assistant captain and Julia Waffles, a pretty good point producer in Ottawa.

Once again, I feel that this is like the rebuilding stage for Ottawa. But this time there is players!
