Bulduray_1 274
Sergey Preobrazhensky - Offseason Update As the underdog Marlins VHLM season came to a close, Sergey and his teammates parted ways during the offseason. All teammates have different aspirations for the offseason. While others were out partying and at nightclubs. Sergey went back to his home country of the Russian Federation to visit friends/family, and most importantly, to sharpen his skills at ice hockey. We already knew his plans while in Russia, but how is he actually doing there? When Sergey first landed at Sheremetyevo International Airport in Moscow, he was greeted with a number of family, relatives and his friends. It was a very emotional day for Sergey's parents, welcoming his son with hugs and kisses. After reconnecting with his family for about a week, Sergey decided to turn his attention to Hockey. He and a group of long-time buddies set off to Kransnoyark, a city in Siberia with around 1 million people. He did a lot of strength training there, things like moving big logs and lifting wheels with his feet was a common activity for Sergey. Although freezing temperatures, Sergey learned to bear the grueling coldness. And the work paid off, you could see visible improvements with his leg and chest strength. Needless to say, he’s already making great improvements in The Motherland. But this is just the beginning, Sergey still has 1 more week until he heads back into the US, who knows what he transforms into? Keep an eye on Sergey scouts, this kid keeps on getting better.
