atw2592 286
It's playoff time! The Houston Bulls have the Philadelphia Reapers in round one, which should have been an easy series win. Not so fast, it is off to a 1-1 start with both games going to overtime, Reapers getting the win in game 1 in a thrilling double overtime 5-4 win. Obi Adesanya had his first career playoff goal in the first period, putting Houston up 2-0 and seemingly in control of the game. The Reapers would quickly answer to make it 2-2, with the third period ending 3-3. Houston would then have to tie the game late, eventually losing on double OT goal by Jarno Lappi. In game 2, the Bulls had a lot more luck with the game going to overtime again, but the Bulls put it away early, just 1 minute into the frame. Houston outshot Philadelphia 48-21 in the game, which bodes well for their chances for the rest of the series. Maybe Obi Adesanya will get some more playing time to show off his 88 scoring attribute? Probably not, but oh well. Link to comment https://vhlforum.com/topic/114161-houston-in-the-playoffs/ Share on other sites
