Starting with the background - I understand that you wanted to put the city in the background, but I am not sure that is a good choice and I would rather you find something different that fits with the player and the colours. You could literally google "blue white background" and see what is there. The Jersey swap could use some blending options, so that it looks little bit more natural. The text...I wont talk about the text font choice and the effects of the text, but just about the position. You could have moved the text bit more away from the frame and centre it a little bit in the area between the border and the player.
