Look: 2.5/3 - I feel like the lighting should be right on top the renders forehead here, in the corner doesn't work well. The green the jersey is in the sig and the blue it is in the bars doesn't make sense to me either, should be the same color. I'm not big on the text either personally I think a nice small arial would have worked better. I like the blending and render effects though and as a whole this is pretty nice so don't get too down on my comments. I would also take off the blue bars, as I don't think they necessarily fit in with the overall look to the sig.
