After getting a taste of what could be in the playoffs, he and the rest of the Bears have been hungering for more. Losing Lose, Tsujimoto, and UnGuri will definitely hurt the team as they will lose major veteran pieces. Zeedayno Chara and Sigard himself will be the only returning members of the Bears that were drafted earlier than Season 80. While there is always free agency, Sigard feels a sense of responsibility for the upcoming season. “I proved that I could score as well as hit last season. Great. I need to be able to do that every season now. The organization has a lot of trust in me. Drafting me in the first round, giving me the alternate captainship, and more. I’m set on showing them they made the right choice.” Sigard said in a Zoom interview. “We’re young, hungry, and ready to kick some ass this season. The glory days for the Bears are just getting started.” We all hope that Sigard is right.
