Anthique 221
After being picked in the VHLM draft by the San Diego Marlins, the beginning of the season didn't go too well for us. We have some good players, but we were lacking depth at forward and defense. We already had our goalie with Karl Pedersen so at least this is settled. The two defenseman we got, Phil Strasmore and Lloyd Braun, were phenomenal for us with having almost a point per game performance, blocking shots and throw some hits too. John Jameson lead the team in goal and in points so we are lucky to have him. He's far from the top of the league, but the team in general didn't play that well. My player, Alfred Champagne, only had like 1 point after the first 5-6 games. Not that good for a player picked in the second round and for someone who had at least 90 tpe. Recently, we have added three players to our line up. Defenseman Franklin Franklinsen will help us on the second pairing and he already has three points in his first 4 games. Right wing DaGratis Toevvadewit will be able to bring some offense on the second line. He got one goal and two passes in the six games he played, so good start for him. For the last one, Babay Shrimp, he didn't upgrade his player so it's hard to know where he's gonna play. Probably on the second line too to have duos of Jameson-Champagne and Toevvadewit-Schrimp. With the help of the newcomers, we're gonna be tougher to beat and push for the third place of the conference.
