Alexandre Leduc just score his 69 goals in 169 games during Riga last game against Toronto during the third period. I don’t think it’s the milestone that he was focussing on this year but its still quite funny. We had the chance to talk with Alexandre Leduc after his game during the post press conference and here it goes : Nice game today, can you talk about how the game was and what was the game plan? We know that Toronto are 1 of the best team in the North American conference. The league is so close this season that we don’t want to lose any game cause that could be the 2 points or 1 points that separate us to a playoff spot. About the game the strategy was just to shot every opportunity that we had on the net and if you check the play by play sheets you can say mission accomplish. We knew Lindbergh was going to have a great game, but he was going to let a goal enter the net, if we kept shooting. We played a great game, we control the puck and that how we end up with that win. How do you feel about your career with Riga so far? Well I couldn’t ask for a better team to join we didn’t reach our goal to win a cup, but we are always a team that the Ligue is afraid to play against.
