My trip to Istanbul

       MY TRIP TO ISTANBUL 

Today is July 12 2022 and I visited Istanbul Turkey for the first time since I got drafted by Istanbul Red Wolves on June 20th 2022. The first thing I did is of course come off of the plane and then go to the hotel that Istanbul Red Wolves got for me to sleep, because tomorrow will be a big day for me. I woke up at 7am to get ready for practice and meet my new team mates. I came to the hockey rink and was met with a really nice hockey rink, I came inside and was getting greeted with all of the hockey players, one player called Jason was the captain who was really nice and welcoming and had the same name as me. I was getting along with all the players really well, I already really in-joyed being there. They showed me around every where, they showed me where the locker room is where the rink is etc. After that came the practice and if your asking me if I did good i think a did pretty good, and if your asking me if have chemistry with someone  It would probably be forward Joachim Bryngelson. After practice came interview time where they asked me all sorts of questions like how do you like this city, and do you already have some chemistry with some, etc. After the interview we could go back to or house or hotel what ever we had and rest there for a little. the Istanbul Red Wolves players invited me to go play golfing with them and I of course said yes, they said that I should be there at 7pm. At 7pm I went to the golf course where they where playing golf I haven’t been golfing for a while I wonder if I forgot how play, it was now my turn I hit it and it flew perfect. The day was coming to a end we where probably playing golf for like 4 hours, guess who won me,

 just kidding I was last lol. The next morning was again a day where we practiced nothing special, oh and guess what I hurt my ankle really bad I’m going to go to the doctor tomorrow to see if it broke I hope I didn’t break my ankle because I won’t be able to practice with the team which sucks. Next morning I went to the doctor to see if my ankle is broken it took three hours for my turn to come, anyway the doctor did a few scans and then told me that nothing happened to my ankle I was really happy to hear that because today was a free day so we could do anything we wanted. The players invited me to go eat somewhere and of course I said yes who would say no to food LOL. The food was delicious, the food I ate was called Lahmacun it’s a pizza that is popular in Turkey. Well that was my last day in Istanbul the next time I go there I’ll be playing for Istanbul Red Wolves. After we went to the restaurant I went to my hotel to pack my stuff say goodbye to the players and the GM and the AGM. And that was my trip to Istanbul hoped you liked my story
