Ivan Retoslav's Late Season Performance

After a horribly disappointing season, Retoslav has stepped up his performance as the season draws to a close. We were questioning his ability to hit 25 points just 20 games ago and now with under 10 games left in the season we are wondering if he will be able to eclipse 40. This was kind of expected from the young Russian as for the past two seasons in the minor leagues he has done the exact same thing. It is also a trend for him to go absolutely insane in the playoffs and then proceed to go scoreless in the finals. The London United General Manager was quoted earlier today saying that Retoslav "Is doing Retoslav things". As we watch the end of this season unfold with great interest, we can only hope that Retoslav will hit that 40 point mark and pass the point per game mark. Just as many London fans were losing hope for the Russian, he came back and began scoring like he did in his VHLM days.
