Molly the Cat, the Vasteras Iron Eagles have made the VHLE finals but are trailing 3 games to 1? Tell me what is going on in the locker room, how are you preparing for game 5? 

 

Well, we are feeling upbeat about game 5. We are a dedicated team, and our plan is to leave everything out there tonight. You are going to see a driven team who is looking at taking this series to game 6I know there has been some discussion in the media about some curse in Vasteras, but we do not understand it. This team has so much going for it that there is no way we can believe in a curse. I feel good in saying that tonight you are going to see a hard-fought game from the Iron Eagles. 

 

Molly the Cat, do you have any predictions on whether you will have any points tonight? 

 

As I said we are all coming with everything we have. I expect to play a strong part in the scoring of the team. I know in doing that I will need to play a disciplined game and stay out of the penalty box. I can contribute more on the power play than in the box. No guarantees but you may see a multipoint performance tonight. 

 

Molly the Cat, Christopher Young is having a spectacular playoff so far, how important is it for him to have a great game tonight? 

 

Chistopher Young is a talented player, but we are not putting any pressure on individual players. We will win or lose as a team; it is going to be a full team effort. Now that being said we know that our top players, our team leaders, will be the first to step up their games. It is going to be a wonderful game to watch, the fans should really enjoy it. 

 

Molly the Cat, once the season is over, what is going to be the first thing you do? 

 

We have had a tremendous season in Vasteras and the players have all talked about staying in town for a couple of days after the season is over to just celebrate the victory we had. It will be more special if we can do that with the championship but regardless, we had a tremendous season, and it will be great to take some time and enjoy ourselves. After that is finished, I plan on heading home and spending time with family and friends. Then it will be back to training and preparing for next season in the VHL. I have already been in contact with my new GM, and we are looking forward to building a stronger, more competitive team in London. I have a good chance of becoming a top player for the team for years to come. I am extremely excited about next season. 

 

Molly the Cat, as this may be your last interview in the VHLE are there any last words you want to say? 

 

I want to take a moment and thank the VHLE fans, and specifically the Vasteras fans. They are some of the best fans in the world. They show up every night, cheering, excited to see their team. As players we can ask for anything else.
