In issue number 2 of Cooke’s rookie diary we look at the inconsistency that has hampered LA Stars rookie Center Todd Cooke . Cooke came into this season a highly touted prospect and rookie from the season 84 draft class . So far his rookie season has been left a lot to be desired . Cooke might be top 11 in the rookie scoring race but the expectations and pressure he put on himself coming into this season far exceed his performance so far . Cooke has had good stretches he just hasn’t fully brought everything together and stayed consistent. As he improves and progresses in his career you can be certain that he will improve and hopefully one day exceed the expectations he set out for himself on the draft day in S84 . For now he will continue his rookie season hoping to build on everything he’s learnt thus far and continue to grow and develop into the player he knows he can become .
