Cooke’s Christmas Training

Todd Cooke has been recouping and enjoying  the Christmas off season. Cooke is trading in the turkey and stuffing for his hockey gear and dumbbells. Stepping back in the gym and on the ice to get ready for S87 . His rookie season in LA left a lot to be desired and Cooke is looking to come into training camp and prove he belongs in the league . 
 

Todd has upped his training regimen to be as prepared as possible for Season 87 LA is in a position to potentially take steps forward. And he wants to contribute to that forward movement as much as he can . Cooke has worked on his defensive game almost exclusively doubling down on his want to be one of the best young two way forwards in the league in the coming seasons . 
 

Depending on how the off season goes for this young man we might see a true breakout season coming up for Todd Cooke . He has the desire and drive just needs to put it together!
