I think I would give a try with the face in black and white because it doesn't go good with the rest of the sig right now. Maybe a bit of lighting over the head too. Look: 2.25/3 - I'm not a fan of the text to be honest, the white on white parts are not the best. You are way over blended here and the abundance of white is killing it.
