Siyan Yasilievich has finally became the superstar that he was predicted to be, putting up 7 goals, 33 assists, and 40 points in 30 games played. He currently is 2nd in defenseman in scoring, and also 1st in the entire league in assists. We caught up with Siyan and asked him his thoughts on this season and where Davos is at, to which he said, "I think our team overall is doing fairly good (referring to their record 16-8-6), but we need to step it up. I know that we have some very talented players on this team, but some of them aren't getting the wake up call. This is a team effort and at the moment, we don't have everyone buying into what the coach wants. If we're able to get on the same page and buy into the coaches philosophy, we'll be a top team for sure. It's also my job to be able to get everyone on the same page as the captain, so I'll be trying to do my best in the next coming games to get us all together. When Davos is playing together, we are one of the best teams in the league and that's a fact. Everyone saw what we could do last season and that is just the beginning. I didn't come to Davos to coast in the playoffs and be a wildcard team every season. It's time to start producing, show up or shut up for Davos and myself included."
