Sophomore Centre Todd Cooke of the LA Stars has quite the second season with the Stars this year as it looked like he was going to have a let down of a season through the first half , as he had not quite met the expectations he set for himself early on in training camp . But as the Season went on Cooke really had a coming out party playing with Veterans Vinny Detroit and Sirdsvaldis Miglaskems. Cooke finished the season with 20 goals , 46 assists for a total of 66 points doubling his output from his rookie season in all three of those categories. Cooke was also a +17 and only had 2 penalty minutes all season long showing he could indeed play a very responsible two way game for the Stars.

Cooke wants to take this momentum into the playoffs as the Stars look to go on a run this season .  And into future seasons as he continues his quest to become one of the top players in the VHL .
