JCarson 723
London United by all statistical analysis has had a slow start. Currently Ranking 6th in the European Conference with a miserable 2-2-1 record. Now it must be noted that London has played less games than anyone else in their conference so with the game in hand they could easily find themselves in 4th place if they could pick up the win. Even with the slow start there are a few bright spots that need to be commented on. First, rookie forward Leonard Triller has stepped in and continued a distinguished career. Currently sitting with 4 points in 5 games puts them easily on a point per game pace. Leonard has fit in well with linemates Igor Molotov and Sock Monkey and we expect exceptional things from Leonard Triller this season. Second, we are getting offensive support from the defense. Currently London has 20 points in 5 games from the defenders. That is a point per game pace for this group. This is an impressive level of output for a defensive core. Now we will discuss some improvements London United needs to be successful. London needs the offensive core to pick up the pace, to put it bluntly the forwards need to score. Currently the 6 forwards have combined for 8 goals in 5 games, this is a miserable pace. Unless the likes of Igor Molotov and Molly the Cat pick things up and act like the veteran players of the team this may be another dismal season. London will also need depth players like Ivan Retoslav and Adam Rage to piece together good seasons for themselves. London has enormous potential in Season 88, the question is, will they live up to it?
