JCarson 723
The last time we analyzed London United, it was after the fifth game of the season. It was early on however the analysis showed a couple interesting things to note. First it identified that the rookie call up of Leonard Triller was having a positive impact on the team. Since that time Leonard Triller has continued to put forward positive numbers for the team. After 23 games Leonard Triller currently has 18 points, 3 goals and 15 assists. This is a great pace early on for the young rookie and as the team continues to bond these numbers are only bound to increase further. Secondly there was some concern about the forward lines and the impact they were having on the team’s overall success. I am happy to report that the forward core has been able to pick up their production pace slightly and start putting some goals behind the opposing goalies. Now there is still room for improvement as the team has lost some low scoring games including their last game which was a 1-0 shootout loss. The GM is still making a few minor changes, and everyone hopes that those will spark a boom in production. Since the beginning of the season the GM has made another player change, with Branden Skuin being traded away and, in the process, picking up Marcel Janser. London United is excited to have Marcel joining the team. His professionalism, skill and experience will be a powerful addition to the lineup. This change could potentially be the catalyst for London.
