Scurvy 1,570
Were over the halfway point to the season and the Warsaw Predators are hovering in the bottom half of the EU standings. At 21-19-4 the Preds have showing glimpses of greatness but have struggled with consistent defense and scoring. They have won 3 straight, to include a shutout but is it enough in such a tough division? Brendan Marner has been great in his final season putting up 29 goals 39 assists for 68 points. Marner and teammate Zach Kisslinger have been the heart and soul of the club and it would be great to get them another run at the playoffs in a Pred uniform. If the team heats up and scores like they, can I believe they will make a run this last 26 games and once the playoffs come, anything can happen. The team has too many scorers to be kept off the scoresheet and some solid defensemen and netminder that is hot. Let’s hope the Preds can pull it together for Marner and Kiss’s final season.
