Molly the Cat makes an apology

Eyewitness reports have identified that Molly the Cat was detained by police Friday night after an altercation at a local bar. Based on witness testimony a disagreement occurred within the local establishment, Molly the cat asked someone to leave but they refused. Molly the Cat then grabbed the currently unidentified male, pulled him across a table, through the bar and then outside into the street. An argument ensued. Police arrived and took both individuals into custody.  

 

Speaking with a couple individuals who were present when the altercation occurred it appears that the unknown male was intoxicated and started harassing a female patron of the bar. It is not known how Molly the Cat got involved, however at least one individual praised them as a hero. 

 

A media release from the London United states the following. Molly the Cat was taken into custody this evening after an altercation at a local drinking establishment. Molly the Cat was released soon after the police completed their investigation and no charges have been pressed. Neither individual involved in the altercation reported any injuries. Molly the Cat would like to express their sincerest apologies to the fans of London United for their behavior. Violence is never an acceptable response to a situation regardless of how honorable those intentions were meant to be. After reviewing the information gathered during the police investigation the London United have decided that they will not pursue any disciplinary measures against Molly the Cat at this time.
