C.G.Y. Janser clearing the gutter

The Saskatoon Wild were having a team building event and visited the local bowling center. During the course of the matches (with randomly assembled teams) it became clear, why CGY does not follow the footsteps of his potential HOF dad. The man has poor hand-eye co-ordination and cleared the gutter several times to the dismay (or amusement, depending on the team affiliation of the respective person) of the Wild roster. With such a handicap he would make a poor center.

After a few non-alcoholic drinks, Callum drove home and recalled that during the last thunderstorm, he noticed that the roof gutter must be blocked, as the water was overflowing. So he took out the ladder and had a look on the gutter. 'It is interesting what gets caught up in a rain gutter if you leave it unattended for long enough.' he thought to himself when he scooped up what looked like a nest of drowned rats. 'No wonder the water could not drain properly.'

After he cleared that kind of gutter as well, he pulled up Kurt's email with the suggested updates to his yacht. Callum studied them and the blueprint of the full displacement, steel hulled ship. 'It can be done, but it would require a longer stay in the drydock and we have to basically gut the engine room and everything connected to it. And the bunker holds can be downsized to make room for more storage or overflow accommodation. It won't be cheap. Additionally, it will be like a makeshift arrangement at the end of the day. I will let gramps know about my evaluation and recommend to order a new ship, rather than tampering with a perfectly fine ship.' He sent an email along those lines to his grand-dad and called it a day. Practice is early tomorrow morning.
