Blades host Pre-Playoffs Karaoke Party

In preparation for what is sure to be a first round upset, the Brampton Blades decided to work on a little team building.  The boys headed down to the local Ko Ko's Karaoke Bar and after consuming their fair share of wobblypops they got right down to business.

 

Knowing that humans are notoriously slow to get these types of activities rolling, the show was started when the Automated Ice Machine crept to the microphone and belted out Mr. Roboto.  As the liquid courage began to spread through the team, more and more Blades members got up to sing.

 

Backenbauer belted out Back in Black, and had the place rocking.  Following that Dujuan Cook got the girls singing along with DuJuana build a Snowman from the Frozen soundtrack.

 

Eventually the entire bar was there singing along with Brick Wahl when he started in on Brick House by the Commodores.

 

After much chanting and one last shot, the team finally got the GM in on the aciton with an irreverent version of the Cyndi Lauper classic, Girls Just Want To Have Fong!

 

The team came away from the evening feeling ready to tackle the game tomorrow and a big win is surely in the cards.
