Bratislava Moves On

The Bratislava Watchmen made short work of the Bern Royals in round 1, beating them 4-1 and outscoring them 26-9 in the 5 game series. Harumpf and Zoidberg were back at it, putting up a combined 28 points in the series and defenseman Wes Mathews was also a stand out putting up 12 points of his own from the blue line. Jax Barnstormer played well in net finishing with a 2.01 GAA and .909 Save % including 1 shutout. Secondary scoring came from 3Moons, Shock and De Rossi while Schneider and Caprivi chipped in from the blue line. Everyone had a good series for Bratislava and they're playing well headed into the big match up vs Oslo. That should be a great series as they battle for the right to go to the finals and play for the cup. Exciting times in the VHLM.
