ke1vi 662
Shortly after the Toronto Legion were eliminated from the VHL playoffs, American star Jimi Jax put a quick end to the rumors and uncertainty around the player’s future with Toronto. The team’s leading scorer re-upped with the Legion on a 3-year contract and will be with the Legion in the long term. Talks were quiet leading up to the offseason as many expected Jax to be traded or move on to another team this offseason. That clearly wasn’t the case as an extension got put into place pretty quickly with the center. Rumors in the offseason came out that Jax was concerned with the Legion’s willingness to compete during the later third of his career. After a solid season that saw the Legion fall just short of the finals – Jax believes the team can win again before he retires. “We have a strong steam and I have confidence in our potential for the next couple years. I wouldn’t have wanted to play for any other team Link to comment https://vhlforum.com/topic/146106-jax-re-ups-with-toronto/ Share on other sites
