Trueno goes to Saskatoon

A lot has happened these last few weeks as we await the end of this long offseason.  I had planned to watch the VHLM draft but didn’t see that it was streamed.  I reached out to my buddy @Thunder early in the day to see when it was, and he told me it was already started.  

 

Looking at the draft there were several returning names of studs who create amazing players that went early. Looking to see where Thunder’s player, Bollos de Trueno (translated “Thunder Buns”) went I saw he dropped to 19^th overall to the Saskatoon Wild.    Trueno is a proven earner so that is a great pick for Saskatoon later in the draft.  

 

Added to a great with Trueno, Saskatoon snagged Lazlo Homes @Gustav at 3^rd overall, Oliver Loo @Misty at 6^th, Micah Cederbaum @MicahC, Carson Tripp @Cartripp14 at 25^th overall, and Jacob Longstreet @Dynamicmlb_42 at 29^th. 

 

Overall a good day for Saskatoon that has drafted a very solid defensive core that should be maxed TPE soon and a force this year in the M.

And I’m going to spend the season convincing Lazio Holmes @Gustav  to want to smash Logan Ninefingers’ face when he gets into the VHL!!
