Sjin 188
In an alternate time-line Sjin would still be shooting pucks amongst the amateurs in the VHLM, and league he thrived in and loved. Coming up to his final season with the San Diego marlins having won 3 trophies with the franchise! A true legend to the team, leading the VHLM in life-time points setting a generational record, that we will never likely see to be broken. However, none of this was possible due to the treacherous decisions by the VHLM commissioner to put an over-ages limit on competing in the VHLM, love you really Spartan, the biggest betrayal in Sjins career a several year long mission put to waste, making him questions his time in the league, the only thing keeping him present was the Cologne Express. This is where Sjins rebrand started, as a VHLM lifer amassing 467 points in 380 games consisting of 175 goals and 292 assists, he was forced up the ranks into the VHLE, the only logical team for this player to play for was the Cologne Express, the team he had managed and won the cup with the team prior, to help Colognes back to back campaign Sjin signed with the team and played as the 2C behind Keegan Gamble, what an incredible season it played out to be where Sjin finished 3rd in league scoring with a total of 86 points consisting of 37 goals and 49 assists, then went on to lead the Cologne Express to their back to back championship in S90 having 20 points consisting of 8 goals and 12 assists in just 12 goals a truly dominate showing. This was his one and only season with the Cologne Express. Finally moving on to London where Sjin has spent the last 3 seasons, his local team with him being from the UK Sjin settled in very quickly in the first season putting up a respective 44 points in 72 games consisting of 21 goals and 23 assists, a good showing for the rookie and a glimpse of what was to come, London was looking pleased with the prospect they had invested into, where in S92 he was able to reach new heights becoming almost a point per game player, having 69 points in 72 games consisting of 25 goals and 44 assists, this is where the development of Sjin became apparent he was a very solid two way forward that could play up and down the ice. It was In the play offs where he was truly breakout helping London reach the finals with 19 points in 22 games consisting of 9 goals and 10 assists unfortunately the team fell just short and wasn’t able to make it all the way, but this was just another stepping stone for Sjin This most recent season is where Sjin has truly broken out into a super star, having 64 points in just 50 games consisting of 29 goals and 35 assists to date. This player is primed for another very dominate post season showing so it’s only a matter of time become he hoists the elusive Continental Cup, and complete the perfect trifecta of winning a cup in all of the leagues respectively. 531 word count Link to comment https://vhlforum.com/topic/147095-sjins-rebrand-theme-week/ Share on other sites
