The Halifax 21st are facing their biggest adversity of the season right now – elimination from the VHLM playoffs. Trailing 3-2 in the series to the Saskatoon Wild, the strong Halifax team need to access something in themselves that they really haven’t had to do all season. After falling short in the first two games of the series, the 21st answered back with two decisive games against the Wild, knotting the series up at two going back to Halifax. Sadly, the team has yet to win in their home arena against the Wild in these playoffs. They will have to find a way to do that if they plan on taking the team to the finals, but first they have to get a win in game five to stay alive.

The team has relied heavily on Maple Dogwood and Andrew Skilton so far but will have to count on the other big names on the team to step it up with their backs against the wall and deliver in a time they need it most.

Game 6 goes tomorrow from Saskatoon. Will the 21st step up and rebound from the heartbreaking loss in game 5 or will the Wild capitalize on their momentum and take down the regular season juggernauts?
