Keita Mālina: So, there's been speculation that you'll be hanging up the skates at the end of this year as so many others in your draft year have recently announced. Can you say for sure yet whether you're playing your last season?

 

Sadie St-Louis: Yes, this will be my last season in the VHL. It's a little sad for me, but I'm glad I'm ending it in Riga back where it started! The next part of my life, I have high hopes for and I'm so happy I'll be spending more time with family and friends.

 

Keita Mālina: Any other comments on the conclusion of this season?

 

Sadie St-Louis: Really hoping I end it with the Continental Cup in my hands. It's what we play for and winning another as my last season would be about as good as it gets! Regardless, I'm happy to finish it with such an amazing group of people with a great GM as well, and I hope this league keeps getting better and better.
