The first thing that stands out for me is the clean jersey change. The adjustment you made to the shade of yellow matches the Ottawa Lynx logo and color theme perfectly. The logo itself is nicely placed and blended in well (i.e, doesn't look like a sticker). The next thing I like about this is the text, specifically the gradient and 3D look on the last names. The first name text is great too as it doesn't stand out too much. One thing I would have liked to see, is the text moved to the bottom to blend in a bit better with the renders. Lastly, the small details you have added to this shoes some creativiity and effort put in. This includes the faded stroke around the render, and the grunge details in the background.
