Tate 450 Posted September 2 Share Posted September 2 Well, here it is, I am weeks from the VHL draft, and I don’t really care. I remember years ago when I first began my time here, I could not wait for the draft, and now I’m not sure I’ll bother to sign in on the day. What does that mean exactly? Not much. I remember when I recreated and I thought at the time, who cares if it’s just a welfare check once a week? Weeks have passed since I last recorded a Mad Villain episode, and I haven’t missed it. I don’t really care. Don’t get me wrong, I have loved the interaction from my number one fan, @Thunder, who is a person that makes being active fun again. I just can’t shake the feeling that I don’t feel like I have much of a place here anymore, time has passed, and the fire that was once lit inside has now extinguished. So, what should I do? For the first time since recreating I thought of retiring again, but rather than do that at the very minimum I can go inactive, and some teams can make use of Mad Villain before he depreciates. I guess I would tell all VHL teams to be hesitant when drafting me because I don’t view myself as an everlasting member anymore. This might be it. You realize how far you could take that????? It could keep you in the game. You must be an old timer to not care about hockey anymore. Get drafted by a team with good locker room and youre all set….
