Michael Burrows: Hi Sadie, thanks for sitting down with us again today! You've confidently stepped into the world of GMing, but surely it feels a little different to be catching up with the VHL at home rather than being a part of the playoffs?

 

Sadie St-Louis: Yeah, I would for sure say I'm still a little jealous of everyone out there. I ended up getting plenty of chances in the playoffs but it is strange watching Riga as a fan rather than an active player. I've been completely caught up in their awesome run though and I'm on the edge of my seat every game just like every other Reign fan.

 

MB: Are you excited to be taking on a GM role in the Junior Showcase Tournament, where you'll surely be guiding countless future VHL stars?

Sadie St-Louis: Yes, I find it really exciting. Some of these kids have so much more raw talent than you see with many established VHL players and I'm excited to be part of one of their first steps on their way to their dreams. The draft will be a blast!
