Toronto Legion great and future Hall of Famer Harry Callahan @dstevensonjr has not hit the ice for the last time in VHL play. Callahan entered the S97 Pro-Am as the season wound down, and was recently drafted by the Pompeii Sour Grapes. Callahan was named captain of the squad shortly thereafter. The captain finished his career in official play with 289 goals, 371 assists, and 660 points in 504 career games, all of which were played with the Toronto Legion. He walked away from his final season leading the league in points, but his full trophy case is yet to be determined. In between Pro-Am games, Callahan will be front and center at the VHL Awards ceremony, where he is expected to bring multiple pieces of hardware home.

With the addition of Callahan as captain, the Sour Grapes are now fully loaded with first generation leadership. They boast a first generation GM, and S98 VHL rookie in @SMYLS4, with a first generation AGM in flyersfan345. This young leadership group is expected to rely heavily on its veteran collection of high TPE players, who they hope also help create an explosive offense, backed up by solid goaltending from Jorgen Lovstrom @Pifferfish, another member of this team expected to bring home hardware at the VHL Awards.
