FlyingWV 36
Herein lies the way too early scouting report for C – John Cowgill. I will be going over my development plans for the future, so that you can have a good idea of where I want to go with my player. Currently my plan is to raise PC, SH, DV, OV all to 70, after those hit 70. I will be elevating DK, SP and SS next. I am receiving some mentoring which has indicated that faceoffs can be handled by raising strength, so that is how I plan to address faceoffs as a center for now, by maximizing my strength. Obviously later on in my development points will be added to FO as well, but it’s not a priority in my early career. I will strive to be a high earner, my motto is if your going to do something, do it right. As part of that plan, I have taken on a job with VSN to provide articles to the community. With that job, earning my capped TPE will be easier, as I will be getting 8 TPE per article, instead of 6, which leaves my plan of filling in the other 4 capped TPE every week by participating in press conferences and doing trivia. If trivia isn’t available I will be doing game recaps or media reviews, whichever strikes my fancy, but rest assured I will be earning minimum 14 TPE every week. That’s my 12 capped TPE and my 2 uncapped TPE from practice, that will be my baseline going forward. I also am going to participate in every fantasy event I can to earn a varying amount of uncapped TPE each week. I am new to VHL yes, but I have a track record of max earning in PBE, our sister league, player named the same (creating a multi verse hah) so you can check out my player in PBE if you need reassurance that I stick with earning training points to improve my players. I also am in sister league SCFSL where I have completed 37 of 38 possible activity checks, their form of earning TPE. My goal is to have a hall of fame career with John Cowgill, being my first generation player in VHL, I want him to be the best that he can be. His career is starting out being a waiver pickup, and I chose Mexico City Kings, largely due to the fact they did not have a C on their roster of a created player. I hope that gives me an opportunity to shine, to put my best foot forward for team’s to decide if they want to draft me in S99 to a new VHLM team as well as to my VHL team. I have a history of participation in the leagues I’m a part of. In PBE I’m a GM of a minor league team and hold three other jobs (4 total), in SCFSL I hold 1 job, and now here in VHL I hold the job of VSN article writer. Yes, I’m new, but I think I’m worth the gamble, I assure you I will pan out. I was just enjoying the league and the community... Your earning so far looks certainly promising, on the other hand you chose center which is kind of a TPE sink as almost all attributes are important, so you kind of sabotaged yourself a bit in that endeavour Edited Friday at 04:51 PM by Daniel Janser Link to comment https://vhlforum.com/topic/155563-way-too-early-scouting-report-for-c-%E2%80%93-john-cowgill/#findComment-1055711 Share on other sites
