LucyXpher 1,996 Posted March 15 Share Posted March 15 In his final season with the Miami Marauders in the VHLM, Armas Jortikka @Kavadar led all defensemen in points, collecting 86 through the regular 72 game season. For his efforts at both ends of the ice, Jortikka earned the Ryan Sullivan Trophy as the league's top defenseman. His 60 assists were also a league high among all players, clinching him the Vladimir Boomchenko Trophy. After being traded in the offseason from Helsinki to Malmo, Jortikka made his VHL debut against London United and contributed 2 assists to a 4-3 Malmo win.
