SleepyPlayz 106
I've made quite a few graphics in my sim league stays and there's one thing that I usually think of first, and that's references! Of course, make it look original, but if you don't have a few references and there are references to making things, you look at them! You have your own style, yes, but that style could completely fail if you don't know what you're doing! Take for example a player graphic! Who do you look for, and what does your player look like? Graphics should be players who match your player's build (physically) or style (facially for example!) You can look up players as a start to these references. For example, Martinez's player page says 6'7" and 201 lbs, but realistically, I'd want him to be more like 5'8" and more lean looking. So what do I look for? First, the build; 5'8" hockey players. There should be a way to sort by height and weight anyways! Some people make articles about shorter players too, so that's helpful! If the person doesn't match the build, then try to find someone else who does! That's it, thank you! Stay creative and have a good day!
