Jefferson Jackson ready for the offseason

After losing to the Brampton Blades in the VHLM playoffs, Jefferson Jackson packed up his belongings and headed back home to San Jose, California, to spend time with his family and to train for the next season. After joining the VHLM towards the end of the season, Jackson showed he had some ability but it was wildly inconsistent. His hopes are that he’ll be able to train hard this offseason, develop his game and be ready to become the player he has been hyped up to be. He made a statement saying:

This offseason is going to be about relaxing, spending time with my family and getting on the ice every day. It might seem like relaxing and working on my game may not seem to coincide with each other but skating on the ice and playing hockey is the most relaxing thing I can do. Just getting out there, lacing up my skates and playing this game that I love the most is something that I can’t replicate in anything else that I do. I really expect to develop so much in the offseason that will help me dominate the VHLM next season and become one of the top picks in the VHL Draft after.
